Suryakumar Yadav ensured he hit the ball to every part of the Brisbane fence in a stunning half-century on Monday. Coming in at No.4, Suryakumar Yadav continued on the platform laid by the openers building partnerships with Virat Kohli and Dinesh Karthik to take India to a competitive total.
The 32-year-old played a range of audacious shots, bringing out the reverse sweeps, the scoop shots out his bag. He also played some nest straight bat shots, including a straight punch off Mitchell Starc for a maximum. He eventually reached his fifty in 33 balls, laced with six fours and a maximum.
