La Liga Giants FC Barcelona’s official Facebook account seemed to have been compromised. A set of unsolicited live streams raised concerns over the security breach. However this is not the first time that the Catalan Giants have had their social media hacked.
According to the four live streams that were initiated, seemd like the process took place around 2.30 PM IST. One of the live streams had a cryptic caption – ‘ G O R C O R P H A S C O N T R O L N O W’ which can be roughly translated to ‘ GOR COPR HAS CONTROL NOW’. While this seems like a deliberate attempt, there is no such thing as GORCORP in the remotest connection to the club. However, the other media handles like Instagram and Twitter seem to be in control of the club yet.
