The world governing body for football has revisited the highlights, achievement and great moments of 2019 in a video produced by FIFATV.
The three and a half minute video captures great moments from the FIFA U-20 World Cup, Poland; story of Thembi Kgatlana who rose from the makeshift football field in the desert to global glory; great goals from the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2019; astronauts watching the Women’s World Cup from space; inspiring stories, inspiring athletes and much more.
“Who could forget the best moments from the USA’s triumph at the FIFA Women’s World Cup in France or Liverpool’s late heroics at the FIFA Club World Cup? Throw in the U-17, U-20 and Beach Soccer World Cups and many more highlights, and it was a year of great goals and super football memories,” FIFATV has stated on its YouTube channel with the video clip highlighting the gains of 2019.
