Although Francis Ngannou acknowledges his curiosity, he genuinely doesn’t give a damn about what his former boss Dana White thinks of his outstanding performance against Tyson Fury.

Former UFC heavyweight champion Ngannou was defeated by WBC heavyweight champion Fury in his boxing debut, but he still made a big impression on the sports world this past Saturday in a match that was nicknamed the “Battle of the Baddest.” After stopping Fury in the third round and going the full ten rounds with the best heavyweight fighter of his generation, Ngannou lost a split decision that many pundits feel should have gone the other way.

Francis Ngannou Wants To Know How Dana White Feels About His Fight With Tyson Fury

On Monday, during an interview, Francis Ngannou said, “Who cares?” Ngannou told host Ariel Helwani. “Dana White feels like Dana White feels. I feel like I feel. Personally, I feel great. I think you have to send him an invite so you can ask him. I would like to know, too.”

Ngannou, who completed his UFC contract in January 2022, departed the organization earlier this year when the heavyweight title was still in contention. This was due to a protracted negotiation process in which the parties were unable to reach a new agreement. Ngannou’s main grievance was the UFC’s inability to grant him the freedom to box, which he obtained from the PFL after joining the rival MMA organization in May.

Since their split, White has disparaged Ngannou and his judgment. Before the PFL agreement, White stated in January of this year that Ngannou doesn’t want to take a lot of risks and feels he’s in a good position where he can fight lesser opponents and make more money.
