The Tate brothers, Luana Radu, 32, and Georgina Naghel, 28, will remain in detention until April 21 after a judge recently granted prosecutors a fourth 30-day extension. According to a spokesperson for Tate, the prosecutor and judges have not used the CCTV as evidence since it exonerates the Tate brothers. Andrew Tate will remain in Jail till April 22
Andrew Tate, 36, was detained in Bucharest on December 29 along with Tristan and two other Romanian women on accusations of rape and human trafficking and organized a gang to take advantage of victims.
All four people showed up at the bail hearing earlier this month, which Tate anticipated would lead to his release from custody and assignment to house arrest after over three months in detention. However, the judge denied that bail application, and all four filed an appeal. Unfortunately, it was recently rejected by the judges in Romania.
