Three of the country’s top esports organizations have officially secured qualification for the Free Fire at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026. Team Apex Gaming, S8UL Esports, and Total Gaming Esports iQOO are three of the best Indian esports teams who will compete in the biggest esports tournament of the year.

Free Fire Tournament Schedule and Format

The Free Fire EWC 2026 competition will run from July 15 to July 18, 2026, in the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, France.

The competition will consist of 24 of the top teams across the globe, and they will battle against each other to win some money from the huge $1 million USD prize pool.

The competition will be split into two phases:

  • Group Stage (July 15–16): All 24 participating teams will compete in a series of battle royale matches to secure qualification for the next stage.
  • Championship Weekend (July 17–18): The top-performing squads from the Group Stage will advance to the decisive Championship Weekend.

The participants of India will have to compete against many strong teams in the field of Free Fire across the world like EVOS Esports, the winners of EWC last year, and many more.
