WWE SmackDown: Ricochet Shoots at Former WWE Champion
The One and Only showed his agility and in-ring skills with a display of gazing high flying moves to destroy the former WWE Champion. Earlier, Jinder Mahal appealed to WWE Official Adam Pearce for a match the past week, but Jinder couldn’t stop the high flyer from winning the match.
After the match, Ricochet had a backstage interview with Kayla Braxton where Ricochet put forth his strong words for the former WWE Champion. “It was very satisfying, especially because he was the first one to go on Twitter and to start running his Twitter fingers as they say. It felt good to shut him up in person here at Smackdown. I did what I said I was going to do.”

But like you said, it felt great because he is an ex-heavyweight champion, United States Champion, and tonight I had to go out there and show everybody why I am flawless. Currently, Ricochet defended his Intercontinental title against Jinder Mahal, Sami Zayn, and Los Lotharios. However, he hadn’t faced a tough competitor for the IC title yet, which could push his limits. During his NXT days, Ricochet had many amazing moments during his matches against NXT Superstars and also during his North American Title defenses.
