WWE Smackdown Results: BEST and WORST of Smackdown- Friday Night Smackdown tonight saw the return of Sasha Banks. The show also featured the Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a hard-fought battle against King Woods.

There were a series of good and bad moments on the show, and we have compiled them in this post. So, without any further ado, let us plunge into the Best & Worst moments of this week’s Smackdown.

WWE Smackdown Results: The Usos intervening to save the night for Roman Reigns (WORST)

Every match of Roman Reigns is quite predictable these days. Whoever the opponent is, whenever the Tribal Chief is on the verge of losing a bout, his Bloodline cousins Jimmy & Jey Uso come to the rescue and save the night for him.

Something similar happened tonight as well. Roman Reigns vs. King Woods headlined the show tonight. Woods was brilliant with his offense and was about to pin the Tribal Chief to win the match tonight.

He hit the coast-to-coast elbow on Reigns, and just when he was going for the pin, The Usos pulled Woods out, and Reigns got disqualified. It was yet another cowardly way for Roman to get out of the stip, and in the end, despite losing via DQ, The Usos took Woods’ crown to put it on Reigns’ head to finish the night.

WWE Smackdown Results: Toni Storm confronted Charlotte Flair (BEST)

Toni Storm was finally put into something relevant tonight when she walked down to the ramp and confronted the Smackdown women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and challenged her for a championship match.

The challenge wasn’t accepted by the Smackdown Women’s Champion but seeing Toni Storm getting a sort of push and reckoning was definitely the ring foot forward from WWE.

WWE Smackdown Results: No Drew Mcintyre on tonight’s show (WORST)

The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre has been laying waste over different talents ever since he made his way to Friday Night Smackdown. He has been a man on a mission, but it wasn’t great to have him miss tonight’s show.

Drew McIntyre is a member of Team Smackdown for Survivor Series and possibly the one who will lead Team Blue into the PPV event. He could have been used for a proper build-up for the traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Elimination tag-team match this week but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. Drew missing tonight’s show won’t go down in the good books.

WWE Smackdown Results: An apt build-up for Roman Reigns vs. Big E at Survivor Series (BEST)

The Bloodline stood tall over King Woods tonight on Smackdown. They did something similar last week as well when they brutalized Sir Kofi Kingston & King Woods at the same time.

With two weeks of demolition on two of the three New Day members, WWE has put the right foot forward for heating up the Roman Reigns vs. Big E clash at Survivor Series. Big E would love to get revenge on Roman Reigns after what he did to Sir Kofi and King Woods two weeks in a row, along with his cousins. One can assume Big E vs. Roman Reigns at Survivor Series would be an epic contest.

WWE Smackdown Results: Aliyah pulled out from women’s Team Smackdown for Survivor Series (WORST)

Smackdown’s newcomer Aliyah, despite picking up a crucial win for her team tonight in the 6-women tag-team match, has been pulled out from Team Smackdown heading into Survivor Series. Sonya Deville approached Aliyah in a backstage segment to inform her that she has just been advised that Aliyah won’t be featuring in Team Blue for Survivor Series despite putting up a spirited performance tonight. The reason for pulling out Aliyah is yet to be known.
