“I’m happy to be finding my rhythm a little bit,” Zverev said after victory against McDonald.
“I’m happy with getting easier wins, as well. Just generally happy to be in the fourth round. I think the tournament is going to get tougher from here, but I’m ready,” he added.
Similarly, Kokkinakis has been impressive with 16 victories in 21 matches including an ATP title at Adelaide 2.

Zverev vs Kokkinakis Head-to-Head
The two players have faced off twice. They had last locked horns in 2018 Hopman Cup where Kokkinakis won 5-7, 7-6, 6-4.
Kokkinakis is now through to the last 16 as an ATP Masters after 7 years (after 2015 Indian Wells).
If he pulls off an upset, the result would take him to the verge of the Top 70 and career-high ATP ranking of No. 69.
