However, there is still some uncertainty regarding Dhoni’s condition before the opening match against Gujarat. The franchise’s CEO does not believe that the wicket-keeper batter’s alleged slight injury will prevent him from playing against the Gujarat Titans. Dhoni is obviously not at the top of his game at the age of 41. He still captains the Chennai Super Kings, a franchise known for getting the most out of its seasoned players.
