1. Shivam Mavi (INR 6 crore)

Shivam Mavi, who was a part of Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2022, was roped in by Gujarat Titans for the IPL 2023. The defending champions won the bidding war against CSK, KKR, and Rajasthan Royals and paid INR 6 crore for Mavi, who was registered at a base price of INR 40 lakh. The express pacer holds a decent amount of experience in IPL and can be the ideal contender to bowl with the new ball for GT.

2. Mukesh Kumar (INR 5.5 crore)

Mukesh Kumar, the India A pacer (who also was part of the main squad for a recent series) generated serious interest as he went to Delhi Capitals for a total of Rs 5.5 crore from his base price. The 29-year-old Bengal pacer has had a good run-in recent time in the domestic circuit. Registered at a base price of INR 20 lakh, DC won the bidding war against CSK and PBKS.

3. Vivrant Sharma (INR 2.6 crore)

J&K young all-rounder Vivrant Sharma was purchased by the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL auction. The Orange Army spent a total of INR 2.6 crore to bag Vivrant’s services for the upcoming edition. The Left-handed opener turned heads in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022 tournament. In a game against Uttarakhand, he smashed a 124-ball 154. As a result, Jammu and Kashmir went on to earn its maiden knockouts berth in the history of the tournament. Earlier in the tournament, he had top scored with a 62-ball 69 as J&K chased down a mammoth 343 against Madhya Pradesh.

4. Mayank Dagar (INR 1.8 crore)

Mayank Dagar, who is a relative of Indian legend Virender Sehwag, was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for INR 1.8 Crore. He had a base price INR 20 lakh. The now 26-year-old first rose to prominence with his exploits in the 2016 ICC U19 World Cup, and was picked by Punjab for the 2018 edition of the Indian Premier League.

5. KS Bharat (INR 1.2 crore)

Andhra Pradesh’s wicketkeeper-batter KS Bharat, who is yet to make his India debut, managed to get an INR 1.2 crore deal from Gujarat Titans as the defending champions added a third wicketkeeper-batter option to their squad. Bharat has 1,116 runs from 67 T20 matches, at an average of 19.57 with five half-centuries. He also holds the record of being the first wicket-keeper to score a triple hundred in the Ranji Trophy.
