IPL 2022 Team New Jersey: CSK, RR, PBKS, DC, MI, KKR, RCB, SRH, GT, LSG Jersey – On Saturday, three franchises in Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers launched their kit for IPL 2022. Follow IPL 2022 live updates on InsideSport.IN.

Besides that, RCB also unveiled Faf du Plessis as their captain, as we now know the leaders of all ten teams of what is going to be an enthralling season. Check out the new jerseys and captains of all teams:

1. Chennai Super Kings

Jersey – Chennai Super Kings are a team who prefer not to experiment too much with their jersey. Accordingly, we can expect them to don the same yellow kit with blue highlights. TVS Eurogrip will be the shirt sponsor.

Captain – Like their jersey, CSK also prefer not to change their skipper as Mahendra Singh Dhoni will lead the team once again this year. IPL 2022 could also be his last year in CSK colours.

2. Rajasthan Royals

Jersey – Rajasthan Royals are another team that have not unveiled their new jersey just yet, but they are expected to stick to their base colours of pink and blue. The franchise, however, have revealed their brand new practice kits.

Captain – Sanju Samson will once again lead the Royals, but he will have a few players to give him guidance this season. Former Punjab Kings captain Ravichandran Ashwin is a part of the team.

3. Punjab Kings

Jersey – Punjab Kings is the third team on our list who have not revealed their new threads yet. They are expected to have red and gold as their base colours, with EbixCash being the shirt sponsors.

Captain – Punjab had plenty of options to chose their new captain from, but they have gone with a player who has been in the team for a while now and knows the franchise inside out – Mayank Agarwal.

4. Delhi Capitals

Jersey – Unlike the previous three mentions, Delhi Capitals have already officially unveiled their new kit. They will don a half-red, half-blue kit.

Captain – In his short span as the captain of the team, Rishabh Pant has shown immense potential to be a world-class leader in the years of come. The wicketkeeper-batter will once again lead the team.

5. Mumbai Indians

Jersey – Like Delhi Capitals, Mumbai Indians have also unveiled their new kit officially. While the base colours remain blue and golden, there is a unique and attractive pattern in their new kit. Slice is the shirt sponsor of the side.

Captain – Till last season of IPL, Rohit Sharma was only the captain of MI. This time around, he is the newly-appointed all-format captain of India and also the leader of Mumbai, as the team will chase their fifth IPL title.

6. Kolkata Knight Riders

Jersey – Kolkata Knight Riders are yet to reveal their jersey, but it is highly unlikely that they will deviate from their successful purple and yellow colour scheme.

Captain – KKR will have a new leader this time around, with Shreyas Iyer joining the team. The Mumbai lad is in sublime touch with the bat coming into this tournament.

7. Royal Challengers Bangalore

Jersey – Royal Challengers Bangalore have revealed their new threads for 2022, made by Puma. They will be seen wearing black and red tops and red trousers.

Captain – Experienced South African campaigner, Faf du Plessis will lead Bangalore in the upcoming season.

8. Sunrisers Hyderabad

Jersey – According to reports, Sunrisers Hyderabad will don an orange kit with black arms. Cars24 will be the shirt sponsors.

Captain – New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson will lead the team once again this season, as they aim for a resurgence.

9. Lucknow Super Giants

Jersey – Though not officially, Lucknow Super Giants’ jersey for their maiden IPL season was leaked on the internet. They are all set to wear a light blue shirt with trousers of same colour.

Captain – Former Punjab Kings skipper, KL Rahul has switched base and will be leading the Lucknow Super Giants team this year.

10. Gujarat Titans

Jersey & Captain – There is no details available on the jersey of Gujarat Titans at the moment, but they will be led by Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya in their first-ever IPL season.
