On the IPL 2022 front, Conway was bought by CSK for Rs 1 crore and played a single game against KKR. As he failed on his IPL debut, CSK opted for Robin Uthappa & Ruturaj Gaikwad’s partner. Unfortunately, last year’s Orange Cap winner Gaikwad has failed miserably in IPL 2022 in the first 7 matches. If Conway returns, CSK can strengthen their batting department.
