Marcos Maidana Claims To Have Tooth Of Floyd Mayweather
For those who may not be aware, Marcos Maidana has claimed that he dislodged one of Mayweather’s teeth during their 2014 rematch. In their first bout, Maidana had been defeated by Mayweather, but he was eager to make a comeback and take the win.
And when he got the opportunity he landed a devastating right hook to Mayweather’s jaw in the third round. This strike appeared to have a noticeable impact on Mayweather, and it was captured on camera as one of his teeth was sent flying out of his mouth and he was visibly shaken. It has been reported that Maidana turned Mayweather’s tooth into a pendant after the alleged incident. However, according to WBN, there is no conclusive evidence to verify either fighter’s claims.
