Canelo Alvarez will defend his Undisputed Middleweight Title against John Ryder. Alvarez vs Ryder will take place live at the Estadio Akron in Guadalajara, Mexico. The PPV will be exclusively available on DAZN PPV.

As per the reports, Canelo Alvarez is expected to earn a fight purse 20 times greater than John Ryder. He will be earning an estimated amount of $40 million for this fight while Ryder will be earning $2.5 million in the fight purse. However, this amount will be increasing with additional bonuses and PPV shares.

In the previous two fights, Canelo Alvarez earned a total of $42.5 million in fight purses which eventually doubled with additional bonuses and PPV shares to a total of more than $90 million. With the current status, both fighters will earn a big share from the PPV. Recently, Canel Alvarez was listed on the Frobes’ 2023 Highest Paid Athletes list ranking at No.5.
