He said that because the prosecution could utilize the information against the Tate brothers, the legal team couldn’t publicly divulge every case detail. Additionally, they can use evidence and witnesses against them, upsetting Andrew and Tristan.
The inquiry into their actions has continued despite their denials of any wrongdoing, and the court has decided that they should be held in custody for now. A representative for Andrew Tate expressed unhappiness with the decision and said that his legal team would try to overturn the decision through an appeal.

When Glandian took over the case, she also raised concerns about the court’s routine judgment to reject bail since she thought it went against human rights regulations.
“This investigation has been ongoing since April [2022]. Today is February. Not even charges have been brought against them. We believe they shouldn’t be held at this time as it is a grave injustice. We believe it has now crossed the line to breaking international human rights legislation. There has been zero evidence provided. That is how we feel.”
