Following the Nuggets’ 108-95 victory over the Heat at Kaseya Centre on June 9, the letters, sent by attorney Ariel Mitchell, claim that McGregor “violently” sexually attacked a lady in a men’s toilet.
The letter, which was delivered after the woman’s encounter with police, apparently went to McGregor, the NBA, and the Heat. She wants to reach agreements with each of the aforementioned parties.

According to reports, the incident happened during Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets. McGregor was performing as part of the in-arena entertainment and made news for hitting the Heat mascot.
All of the charges levelled against Conor have been refuted by him.
The woman was separated from her buddy by Heat and NBA security and forced into an arena men’s washroom, according to demand letters from lawyer Ariel Mitchell that were acquired by TMZ.

The victim was then forcibly kissed by McGregor as he exited a cubicle; she was being held inside the men’s washroom by security personnel who were also refusing to let anyone else in. The letters also claimed that McGregor forced the woman to have an oral sex encounter that wasn’t consented to.
By repeatedly elbowing him, the victim was able to flee, but she left her purse behind, which the letters claim McGregor’s security personnel “held hostage.”
The former UFC champion has already faced accusations of sexual assault; in 2019, he was alleged to have assaulted a lady in an Ireland hotel room.
