UFC 282: Darren Till previous fights

Till has previously attempted to turn things around by switching from welterweight to middleweight, but after two consecutive defeats, he needs something else. The Gorilla lost both of his most recent fights versus strong opponents. He most recently lost to Derek Brunson through submission, and before that, he was defeated by Robert Whittaker via unanimous decision.

UFC News: Darren Till says no to five rounds

The preliminary portion of the fight card will include Till’s matchup with du Plessis. Till is one of the more well-liked competitors on the roster and frequently appears on the main card or as the event’s headliner. He has been the main attraction in five of his past seven fights. “There is nothing more you can do, my friend, if you don’t take any shortcuts, give it your all, and stay loyal to who you are. That’s it, then. I informed the UFC that I didn’t want to see another main event. I remarked that I was tired of performing five rounds. I want to stand up again. And that is what happened. Therefore, mate, it is what it is,” expressed the former UFC Title contender.
