Henry’s last goal for France occurred in October 2009, when he scored a penalty in a 3-1 win against Austria in a World Cup 2010 qualifier. A double against Australia earlier brought Giroud to 51 goals for Les Bleus.

Just before the halftime break, Olivier Giroud sent a left-footed strike past Poland goalkeeper Szczesny to put France ahead. Mbappe played a fantastic through ball into the path of Giroud in the box. The forward scored in the bottom-right corner to become France’s all-time leading scorer.
