WATCH Star Sports promo featuring Hardik Pandya for Pro Kabaddi League 2023

Ahead of the start of the 10th season of Pro Kabaddi League, Star Sports, the official broadcasters of the league launched a new promo featuring Hardik Pandya

The 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League is all set to get underway soon. With just a month to go for the start of the new season, Star Sports, the official broadcaster of the league released a new promo video featuring cricketer Hardik Pandya.

The video was released on Star Sports’ social media platforms on Wednesday, 1st November 2023. The 20-second video features Hardik Pandya in a dual role as Hardik and Pandya.

It begins with the cricketer in Indian cricket team jersey. “I am Hardik, my heart beats for cricket,” he says. Soon another avatar of him appears saying, “I am Pandya and I breathe Kabaddi.”

The dual avatars of then go on to say, “When both meet, that’s when the real fun begins. Now watch cricket and after that Kabaddi.” The upcoming edition of the league will begin from 2nd December.

Pro Kabaddi League to return to caravan format

After 2019, the Pro Kabaddi League is set to return to its caravan format. The first phase will begin in Ahmedabad on December 2, and end on December 7.

Then the PKL moves to Bengaluru from 8-13 December. Pune follows from 15-20 December. Chennai will witness the PKL action from 22-27 December. The new year will be celebrated in Noida, with the matches being played from 29 December to 3rd January.

The Pro Kabaddi caravan next moves to Mumbai, followed by Jaipur, and Hyderbad. Patna will witness the action from 26 January. Delhi, Kolkata and Panchkula will be the last destinations.
