Star Sports first aired the Mauka Mauka during the 2015 World Cup. It was about India’s rivalry with Pakistan and how India dominated their neighbours in ICC tournaments. Pakistan had another opportunity last year and they did not let it go. They handed Virat Kohli-led India a thrashing, humiliating them with a 10-wicket victory. It included a famous spell from Shaheen Afridi as well.

Hence, it will be India who will seek revenge of that humiliation in Dubai, this time in Asia Cup T20 with India vs Pakistan slated for August 28. Instead of Virat Kohli vs Babar Azam, it will be Rohit Sharma vs Babar Azam. India and Pakistan are expected to play again in Super 4 and once again in the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. In Asia Cup T20, India and Pakistan have faced off only once with India winning the match back in 2016. Overall, in Asia Cup tournaments, India have an 8-6 lead over Pakistan. Top two teams from Group A & B will progress to Super 4 round with India likely to face Pakistan again likely on September 4. Top two teams in Super 4 will play the final on September 11.
