Virat attends Kirtan in London with Anushka –
Before the Indian team headed to Manchester from London, Virat took timeout along with wife Anushka and attended kirtan. The photos of Virat and Anushka along with Krishna Das went viral on internet as he was seen going in spiritual route.
Virat is going through a lean patch. The biggest problem is that the lean patch has extended for a long time. With the standards set by Virat, the century drought is one for the toughest for him in the recent times. The mental pressure on him has contributed extensively to the cause and affected his batting performance.

There have been at times, where Virat has looked mentally drained and this has reflected in his performance. If he misses out on a hundred on Sunday, his drought will continue in excess of 1000 days for a hundred. His last ton came before the Covid-19 pandemic and is yet to raise the bat for a significant ton.

Does Virat need timeout from cricket?-
