Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are gearing up for their return to white-ball format ahead of IND vs ENG 1st ODI. The match at Nagpur will be the first 50-over game for the veteran duo since the series against Sri Lanka in 2024. Ahead of the IND vs ENG 1st ODI, Rohit and Virat were seen grinding it out in the nets. Both batters were seen practicing a variety of shots including their trademark pull shot, cover drives and reverse sweeps. While this series is most likely to be the Hitman’s last white-ball series with his future certain after Champions Trophy, Kohli will be looking to get back in fine form after enduring a poor patch in the recent past.

Both Rohit and Kohli have been in poor form, especially in red-ball cricket. But one can never count out the prowess of the duo when it comes to ODIs. In the 2023 World Cup, Virat was India’s highest run-scorer followed by Rohit. Both the superstars will be keen on breaking free from shackles of poor form and finding the golden touch once again.
