Ravichandran Ashwin is one of the greatest all-rounders in recent times. But the Indian veteran spinner holds and unique record against England captain Ben Stokes. Ashwin has dismissed Stokes 11 times in Test cricket, the most dismissals in Tests against any batter.
David Warner is the other example. Ashwin has also dismissed the Aussie opener for a record 11 times in red-ball cricket. Coming to Stokes, no other bowler has dismissed the English skipper more times in Test cricket than Ashwin.
Naturally a big test awaits the England captain when he will lead the Three Lions for a 5-match IND vs ENG Test series. The first Test will be held in Hyderabad on 25th January.

Questions have been raised about Ben Stokes’ fitness and his ability to completely bowl in the Test series. However, England head-coach Brendon McCullum claimed that Ben Stokes has prepared like a greyhound. He is ready to play the series, however a late fitness call will be taken.
