Dana White’s Idea Of Power Slap Being Dissed By Khabib Nurmagomedov
It appears like the list of questions surrounding Dana White’s Power Slap League will never end growing. Detractors of the Power Slap League have long questioned the league’s status as a sport and voiced concerns about how it may impact players’ health and safety. Dana White, the league’s creator and president of the UFC, is steadfast in his support despite this.
Dana White’s most recent entertainment endeavour is called Power Slap. In order to be knocked out, competitors must smack each other. “In our mentality, slap is not good; it is better to punch the face. Never slap a man,” remarked Nurmagomedov. Khabib implies that doing so is impolite. Many others have openly criticised the sport as well. White continues to advocate for the sport despite his detractors. Despite occasional call-ups, Nurmagomedov has retired from mixed martial arts. Even his cornermaning and coaching have halted. White still manages to make money even if the Eagle can no longer fly.
