“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt’s life was riddled with turmoil both inside and outside of the ring. Before his untimely passing on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the age of 36, Wyatt, real name Windham Lawrence Rotunda, was involved in a number of bizarre tales.
Wyatt, like many other professional wrestlers, had garnered media attention recently because of his scandalous personal life. Samantha Rotunda, Wyatt’s wife of five years, filed for divorce in 2017 on the grounds that he had an extramarital affair with Joseann “JoJo” Offerman, a ring announcer and former wrestler. He refuted the accusations at the time, saying his ex was only attempting to discredit him.

Eventually, though, the truth came to light thanks to Rotunda’s attorney, who, according to the Daily Mail, asserted that there was proof Wyatt had a close relationship with Offerman. After things turned toxic, the professional wrestler allegedly broke up with Rotunda and started dating Offerman.
The WWE star even made their Instagram romance public in 2018 (despite disabling the commenting option on his photos to avoid anger). And in 2019, the couple gave birth to a son they called Knash.

Samantha Rotunda had gone past the pain of Bray Wyatt’s infidelity as well. A landscape labourer named Dan Pixley was the next man the Florida real estate agent allegedly dated, according to his Instagram bio (he has since deleted his account). Since Rotunda wished both him and her ex a happy Father’s Day in June 2019, things appeared to be going well between the two at the moment.
When Bray’s family revealed that he had contracted COVID-19 and that it had exacerbated pre-existing heart problems, they made public Bray’s health situation. But just a few days before he passed away, it was revealed that he was nearing a potential WWE comeback.
