The Grand Finals is going to feature the best teams from across the tournament. It will include those teams that qualified directly from the Semifinals and those teams that qualified through the Survival Stage. This is how the final stage of the tournament is going to be:

- Format: 18 matches played across Rondo, Erangel, Miramar
