Before the match even starts, while you are waiting on Spawn Island, you have to choose one of five “Specializations”: Healing, Recon, Combat, Detection, or Vehicle.
This is a huge change because you can’t switch once the plane takes off. You need to talk to your squadmates and mix it up. Don’t have everyone pick “Combat”—you definitely want a “Healer” or a “Driver” to support the team.
Climbing from C-Rank to S-Rank
When you land, your chosen skill starts at C-Rank. It’s weak at first. To make it stronger, you need to play the match actively.
