Lucknow Super Giants aka LSG took to their social media platform to announce the entry of Gautam Gambhir and Vijay Dahiya to the team hotel. Gambhir, a former Indian international player as well as an IPL winner for KKR, has been playing a key role for Lucknow. He was also present alongside the team owner Sanjeev Goenka during the IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

The debutants of IPL 2022 will take the field for the first time this season. LSG will kick-start their campaign against another debutant, Gujarat Titans on 28th March. Lucknow will play a couple of double fixtures against Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Capitals, and Rajasthan Royals.
