During the 2026 Six Invitational in Paris, Ubisoft laid out an ambitious future for Rainbow Six Siege. The Year 11 roadmap emphasizes a return to core tactical gameplay, significant anti-cheat investments, and high-profile crossovers. The year kicks off with a major splash: a collaboration with Konami to bring Metal Gear Solid into the Siege universe.

Rainbow Six Siege Year 11 Season 1: Operation Silent Hunt

Launching on March 3, 2026, the first season of Year 11 is headlined by the arrival of Solid Snake.

  • New Operator: Solid Snake joins the roster as an Attacker. Voiced by the legendary David Hayter, Snake is equipped with unique intel-gathering gadgets and the TACIT .45, a silenced semi-automatic pistol designed for stealth.
  • The “Redacted” Event: A limited-time 4v4 infiltration mode will see Snake and Zero leading teams to recover data.
  • Cosmetics: Players can acquire skins transforming Jackal into Gray Fox and Ash into Meryl.
  • Map & Mode Updates: Oregon, Coastline, and Villa are receiving visual and destructive updates. Additionally, a 1v1 Arcade mode will run for two weeks, focusing purely on mechanical skill.
  • Dual Front Sunset: Season 1 will feature “Last Assignment,” a final mission for the Dual Front mode before it is removed to refocus resources on the core 5v5 experience.
