KL Rahul attends ISL Shield match between Mohan Bagan Super Giants & Mumbai City FC 

Lucknow Super Giants cricketers witnessed Mohun Bagan Super Giants' win over Mumbai City FC at the Salt lake stadium

Lucknow Super Giants skipper KL Rahul and his teammates were spotted at the Salt Lake Stadium for the ISL Shield match between Mohun Bagan Super Giants and Mumbai City FC. The crucial game was the decider for winning the ISL shield, witnessed by a huge crowd of 61,777 spectators. 

KL Rahul’s support gets Mohun Bagan across the line

Mohun Bagan ended up winning the shield after winning 2-1 and being awarded the shield at the packed stadium in Salt Lake. In the image, Lucknow Super Giants’ skipper KL Rahul and bowling coach Morne Morkel could be seen.

The Lucknow team had come to Kolkata to play KKR at the Eden Gardens in the IPL match. LSG has supported the Mariners previously as well when they donned the green and maroon jersey in the game in Kolkata.

With the win, the Mohan Bagan Super Giants have won the ISL shield. They now have an opportunity to feature in the Asian Champions League next season.
