First, getting the spotlight on the field by giving his best performances for India in Test cricket, and now off the field, grabbing attention as Yashasvi Jaiswal features on the cover of Forbes India's 30 Under 30 magazine.

The highest run-scorer in Test cricket for India in 2024, Yashasvi Jaiswal is now also stealing the spotlight off the field. The star batter is featured in the new edition of Forbes India’s 30 Under 30. Jaiswal, who had a brilliant year with the bat in whites, has steadily become a household name. What makes this achievement special is how he has been able to capitalise on his talent over the years, starting from playing cricket in Shivaji Park, Mumbai, and living in tents, to now making it big in Indian cricket. Not long ago, he smashed a big 100 in Perth against Australia and performed exceptionally well in the last Border-Gavaskar series. Now, talking of off-the-field laurels, being featured on the cover of Forbes India 30 Under 30 is certainly a big achievement.

This is not the first time an Indian cricketer has made it to the Forbes India 30 Under 30 list. In the past, we’ve seen names like Shubman Gill, Jasprit Bumrah, and in the women’s category, Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur featured in the list. Now, Yashasvi Jaiswal snatches the spotlight by appearing on the magazine’s cover, showing how he is steadily becoming a brand.
