PBKS predicted retention list for IPL 2026

Arshdeep Singh: He had 21 wickets in 17 matches and was their best bowler for sure. He justified his 18 Cr price tag and will stay for sure.
Marcus Stoinis: Did not have the best season with the bat or ball, but he is a game-changer. He stays for his batting and bowling efficiency.
Shashank Singh: Thee fifties made sure he had a great season. In 17 matches he went on to score 350 runs at an average of 50. He stays.
Prabhsimran Singh: 17 matches and 549 runs.. He scored these runs at an average of 32 and a strike-rate of 160. He went on to score four fifties.
Harpreet Brar: Wasn’t the most economical, yet managed to pick up 10 wickets in eight matches. That is enough for him to retain his spot.
Vijaykumar Vyshak: He did not have a great season with four wickets in five matches. Economy was up at 10.64. Still he is a good bowler.
Yash Thakur: Was just used for two matches in the season but he can serve the team for a few more years.
Marco Jansen: 14 matches and 16 wickets just increase the stocks for the South African. He is a good batter as well, so he should be retained.
Josh Inglis: He scored 278 runs in 11 matches and the average was over 30. He played a pivotal role.
Lockie Ferguson: He could only manage four matches, and was injured. But is a total asset.
Azmatullah Omarzai: One of the best all-rounders in world cricket. He picked up eight wickets, and can score some runs also.
Kuldeep Sen: He was on the expensive side, but is a wicket-taker. He could make the difference, if he gets enough opportunities.
Priyansh Arya: Was in the running for the orange cap at one stage.. scored 475 runs in his very first season. He went on to score a ton and two fifties.
Suryansh Shedge: Played only three matches in the season without any impact. That said, he has all the talent to be a world-class all-rounder.
Xavier Bartlett: He is making an impact in the IND vs AUS ODI series, and his exploits won’t go unnoticed. He will be given a better go in the next season.
Pravin Dubey: He can be a good leg-spinner. But for now he can be a good back up bowler for the team.
Nehal Wadhera: 369 runs in 16 matches, and he looked after their middle-order quite well. He scored two fifties and then next season he could have a bigger role to play.
