The 8th season winner, Mumbai Heroes, are all set for another CCL season. The team, consisting of actors, directors, and producers from the Indian film industry, has done pretty well to date and remains consistent. Apart from winning the 8th season, they have also reached the semi-finals multiple times in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2023. The team has been successful thanks to players like Riteish Deshmukh and Sohail Khan.
This time, the Celebrity Cricket League will start on Feb 8, and, like in previous years, all teams will look to make their mark in this competition. The competition also stands out due to its unique format, where each team plays two innings of 10 overs, similar to a Test match style.
