Abhishek Nayar has spoken about the failure of buying back Venkatesh Iyer. The KKR head coach revealed that they expected to get Venkatesh cheaply. India lose U-19 Asia Cup final
India has lost the Under-19 Men’s Asia Cup final. Pakistan’s opener Sameer Minhas played a match-winning knock of 172 from 113 to set India a target of 348. The Men in Blue succumbed to the scorecard pressure, with no batter even scoring 40 runs, and lost by 191 runs.
Pakistan learning from India
Pakistan’s chief selector, Aaqib Javed, has admitted that he’s learning from India’s success in T20I cricket ahead of the 2026 T20 World Cup. The Men in Blue are the world’s best team in the short format and have lost just 5 matches since winning the 2024 edition of the T20 World Cup.
