Red Bull M.E.O. 2024: Format
The tournament will follow a multi-stage format:
- Online Qualifiers: Open to all aspiring gamers, these qualifiers will determine the final 32 teams for each game.
- Pre-Quarterfinals: The top 32 teams from the qualifiers will be joined by 32 invited teams to compete in a single-elimination bracket.
- Quarterfinals: The top 32 teams from the pre-quarterfinals will be divided into groups of eight, with the top two from each group advancing.
- Semifinals: The top 24 teams from the quarterfinals will be divided into groups of eight, with the top two from each group advancing to the grand finals.
- Grand Finals: The top 16 teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket to determine the ultimate champion.
