This has been confirmed through a social media post by a member of the Rockstar Games internal talent acquisition team. The post has revealed that Rockstar Games is looking for Game Testers to join their team in Bangalore, India.
GTA 6 Nears Release as Rockstar Starts Hiring Testers in India
The news of GTA 6 testers being hired in India is creating a lot of excitement among GTA fans, especially since GTA 6 is right around the corner. The hiring event has been scheduled for April 18, 2026. Rockstar Games team will look to recruit new members for the QA team. This gives a clear indication of the development stage of GTA 6 which is set to release on November 19, 2026.
The role of a game tester, who is part of a Quality Assurance team, may sound simple, but it is important. The main role of a game tester is to ‘break’ the game so that errors and bugs can be identified.
