Major Knife Nerfs

Bubble Shield Rebalance
The Bubble Shield will also receive an enormous buff/nerf combination, serving as a more focused way to balance the shield. In order to ensure players don’t abuse its use, the shield has been reclassified as a Purple rarity item, as well as losing 33% of its HP.
