KWC 2026 at EWC 2026
The centerpiece of the HOK Esports 2026 Roadmap is the Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) 2026. Taking place during the Esports World Cup (EWC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this tournament features a staggering $3,000,000 prize pool.
Scheduled for July Week 4 through August Week 1, the KWC will serve as the ultimate proving ground for the world’s elite teams. By integrating with the EWC, Honor of Kings ensures maximum global visibility, putting the top-ranked regional champions against one another in a quest for the largest share of the multi-million dollar purse.
Honor of Kings at Esports Nation Cup 2026

Honor of Kings at the 20th Asian Games
Perhaps the most prestigious milestone in the HOK Esports 2026 Roadmap is the game’s inclusion as an Official Medal Event at the 20th Asian Games (Aichi-Nagoya 2026). From September 19 to October 4, the world will watch as athletes compete for gold, silver, and bronze medals. This inclusion is a significant “level up” for the title, bridging the gap between traditional sports and digital competition on a global stage.
Regional Pro Leagues and Grassroots Growth
The 2026 roadmap also introduces five consolidated Regional Professional Leagues—IKL (Indonesia), MKL (Malaysia), PKL (Philippines), CHOKBR (Brazil), and KML (Major League)—that will run their Spring and Fall splits. Alongside these, the HOK Women’s Series will expand to over 20 regions, while the Open Series and Campus Series continue to provide a clear “Path to Pro” for grassroots players.
