How to Prepare for the Genshin Impact 5.2 Update:
Pre-Installation: To ensure a smooth update process, you can start pre-installing the update resources now. Here’s how:
- Mobile (iOS and Android): Method 1: Go to Paimon Menu > Settings > Resources > Pre-Install Resource Package.
- Mobile (iOS and Android): Method 2: Tap the “Pre-Install Resource Package” icon on the login menu.
- PC: Click the “Pre-Install” button in the Genshin Impact Launcher.
- PlayStation: The console will automatically initiate pre-installation if you have sufficient storage space.
Genshin Impact Version 5.2 Installation:
Once the maintenance is complete, you can update the game as follows:
- PC: Close the game, open the Genshin Impact Launcher, and click Update.
- iOS: Open the App Store and tap Update.
- Android: Open the game and follow the on-screen instructions.
- PlayStation: Highlight Genshin Impact on the Home Screen, press the OPTIONS button, and select “Check for Update.”
Compensation for Maintenance:
As compensation for the inconvenience caused by the maintenance, players who have reached Adventure Rank 5 or above before November 20, 2024, 6:00 AM (UTC+8) will receive 300 Primogems.
