Olympics legend Usain Bolt will touchdown in India in October for an exhibition football match. The exhibition match will be played between Mumbai City FC and Bengaluru FC and is expected to feature several high profile celebrities. Bolt is a PUMA athlete, who are hosting the two-day event starting September 30.

As per PTI, Usain Bolt will represent both Bengaluru FC and Mumbai City FC in the exhibition game. The match will feature prominent celebrities, footballers and even Bollywood personalities in what is expected to be a one of a kind event. The event is part of PUMA’s celebration and will be ticketed. More details on the same are awaited.
“We believe sport has the power to inspire and unite communities. Football is one of the most popular sports among the youth of India, and bringing Usain Bolt to play here is our way of celebrating that momentum,” PUMA India MD Karthik Balagopalan said.
Bolt is an avid football fan and has featured in a handful of exhibition games since his retirement. He played for the World XI in the Soccer Aid, converting a penalty. The Jamaican is a Manchester United fan and was their special guest at the 2011 UEFA Champions League Final in London, Bolt also has a keen interest in cricket, having been a huge fan of Sachin Tendulkar.
