Epic Games has officially dropped the gauntlet with the announcement of the Fortnite Mobile Series, a massive global tournament featuring a staggering $1,000,000 USD prize pool.
Kicking off on December 5, 2025, this competition brings a twist to the standard competitive format. It is a Solo, touch-only tournament played exclusively in Blitz Royale mode. This means controllers are strictly prohibited—this is a test of pure mechanical skill on the glass.
Fortnite Mobile Series: The Road to the Championship
The series is structured into three distinct phases spanning from late 2025 through 2026:
- Phase 1 (Monthly Opens): Beginning in December, players compete in Rounds to enter Qualifiers. These aren’t just for ranking; Qualifiers award immediate cash prizes.
- Phase 2 (Groups & Semis): The top performers move to the Group Stage and Semi-Finals to secure a spot in the finale.
- Phase 3 (The Championship): The series culminates in an in-person Mobile Series Championship where the world’s best touch player will be crowned.

Prize Breakdown and Regions
Players can compete in up to 20 Qualifiers throughout the season. The payouts for individual Qualifiers differ slightly by server region:
- NAC & EU: 1st Place takes home $1,000, with cash prizes extending down to 16th place ($100).
- NAW, OCE, ASIA, ME, & BR: 1st Place secures $700, also paying out through 16th place ($100).
The Grand Finale
The stakes skyrocket for the Semi-Finals. Only the top three players from NAC/EU and the top two from other regions will advance to the in-person Championship. These final 16 competitors will battle for a share of a dedicated $200,000 portion of the total prize pool.
Even if you don’t make the main stage, there is loot to be found. Between the Semi-Finals and the Championship, Epic is hosting four Solo Mobile Victory Cash Cups. Open to eligible players (based on rank and account level), these cups offer a “bounty” style reward: once you reach Round 2, you earn $100 USD for every single Victory Royale you secure.
