The closing ceremony of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 is set to have star performers rocking the stage for the audience at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai on Sunday. History is set to be made as new world champions will be crowned after the marquee clash, with both INDW and SAW vying for their maiden title. Who will be performing at INDW vs SAW, Women’s World Cup 2025 final?
Renowned playback singer Sunidhi Chauhan will be performing for the audience during mid-innings of the India vs South Africa, Women’s World Cup 2025 final. She will be accompanied by a group of 60 dancers in a show that will also feature a special-effect fireworks display by famed choreographer Sanjay Shetty. The performance will include a will include a laser show; 350 mast cast performers and a drone display.
Sunidhi will also be singing the Indian national anthem before the start of the INDW vs SAW final, while the South African anthem will be sung by Cape Town’s Tarynn Bank.
“It’s an honour to be performing at the Women’s World Cup and I am really looking forward to the big day. With India in the final and the stands packed with enthusiastic fans, I’m sure the atmosphere will be electric, and it will be a day all of us will remember for long,” Sunidhi Chauhan said.
The India vs South Africa clash in the Women’s World Cup 2025 final will begin from 3 PM onwards, with the toss scheduled to be held at 2.30 PM at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai on Sunday. The opening ceremony for the event saw Shreya Ghoshal enchant the audience with a scintillating performance in Guwahati on September 30.
