Indian captain Rohit Sharma is enjoying his free time after a hectic ODI World Cup 2023 stint. He was spotted at the pre-birthday celebration of his daughter, Samaira. She will turn 5 years old on December 30.
Hitman is away from the cricket action and spending some time with his friends and family. He also opted out of the ongoing three-match T20I series against the Proteas in South Africa.
During the pre-birthday bash, Rohit’s fans took opportunity to click selfies with their favorite player.
Rohit Sharma will join Team India for the two-match Test series, as he is also not a part of the ODI series against the Proteas. The first test match will start on December 26.
Rohit was the second-highest run scorer in the ODI World Cup 2023. India reached the final of the World Cup under his leadership and lost to Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
Rohit and his wife Ritika welcomed their daughter Samaira on December 30, 2018. Notably, last year too, Rohit Sharma organised a pre-birthday bash for Samaira.
