T20 World Cup final between India and..?
Ahead of the IND vs SA clash on Sunday, Dravid spoke to NDTV, as to what would be his ‘dream final’. “India vs any team. They could get to the semi-final and then make it to the final. I would like to see one of the lesser teams along with India,” Dravid said. The final will take place on March 8 in Ahmedabad.
Meanwhile, India play their super 8 matches vs SA, ZIM and the West Indies, and should be looking to win at least a couple, to progress to the semis. In fact, there could be a prospect of them facing Pakistan again, after having beaten them in the group stage already.
Best wishes for Imran Khan
Coming back to Rahul Dravid, the former India skipper also opened up about the reports of ill-health of former PAK cricketer Imran Khan. A lot of ex-players have raised their concerns over Pakistani legends current status.
“Like any fellow cricketer or captain, we would wish him really good health and hope that, irrespective of politics-I don’t want to get into the politics of it-you would want anyone to be healthy and to get whatever medical care and attention they need and deserve. None better than Imran Khan, who has not only inspired Pakistan but also the whole world with his achievements and performances,” Dravid said.
