If the scoreline is 10-1 or 13-0, I don’t know the exact number but this is not a rivalry anymore,” Suryakumar Yadav said in his post match press conference.
India have now won the last 7 games across formats against Pakistan since 2022. Overall in T20Is, the Men in Blue registered their 12th win in 15 matches against their neighbours.
On Sunday, chasing 172 to win, India eventually reached the mark with 7 balls to spare. Abhishek Sharma had effectively killed the chase with a 39-ball 74. Pakistan, in fact, rode their luck while batting with as many as 4 dropped catches by the Indian team.
