IND vs SA 2nd Test, Day 2: KL Rahul unhappy with light, umpires call STUMPS

Rahul's calls have been listened to. Players leave the field due to bad light on the second day in Guwahati. South Africa bowl just 6.1 overs. Both Rahul and Jaiswal are unbeaten.

Rahul isn't happy that in the fading light, the Proteas fast bowlers are the ones in action. He's been complaining to umpire Richard Kettleborough after almost every ball. But the pacers continue as he checks the light meter.

Reminder: The light reading on the first day will be the barometer for the play to stop or continue.

With lights fading, Jaiswal and Rahul are just trying to bide the time and start afresh tomorrow. Jansen and Mulder have been on the money. Some tight lines but no real help from the surface.

Senuran Muthusamy has completed his fifty here. He has made a habit of grinding out on slow pitches. After his match-winning 89 against Pakistan, Muthuswamy comes in for this game and has instantly left an impact. A superb one. A fifty in 124 balls. Looks trouble-free as well. 
However, just before his milestone, an ultra faint edge saved him from a potential LBW off Jadeja.
