India women cricket team will be eyeing to bounce back with a win against NZW after having suffered three back-to-back losses in the ongoing tournament. After beating SLW and PAKW, Kaur and co. have lost to SAW, SLW and AUSW, putting themselves in a perilous position in terms of making it to the semi-finals. A win against New Zealand on Thursday will all but confirm India’s position in the top four.
New Zealand won the toss and opted to bowl first in the contest at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai on Thursday.
