The India vs Australia 4th Test is set to be a packed house. The Melbourne Cricket Ground will witness a full stadium, with Day 1 tickets already sold out.
Cricket Australia confirmed this on Tuesday, four days before the match, announcing that all Day 1 tickets were sold, but some additional tickets would be made available. With a capacity of 90,000, the MCG is expected to be full for all days of the Test.
IND vs AUS Boxing Day Test match
The Boxing Day Test match will take place from December 26 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. With the series tied 1-1 after Australia’s dominant 10-wicket win over India in the Pink Ball Test, this match will be crucial in determining the series winner.

According to local media reports, this will be the first non-Ashes Boxing Day Test to attract over 86,000 spectators, setting a new attendance record.
The first two days of the opening Test at Optus Stadium also set attendance records for any Test match in the city, with 31,302 people on Day 1 and 32,368 on Day 2.
The match, which lasted four days, saw a total of 96,463 attendees, marking the second-highest attendance ever recorded in Perth and the highest at Perth Stadium, as confirmed by Cricket Australia in a press release.
