The countdown to the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 has begun, and before the marquee event kicks off on September 30, fans will get a first glimpse of their favourite teams in action through a series of warm-up matches. The ICC has confirmed that eight fixtures will be played between September 25 and 28 across two venues in Bengaluru and two in Colombo.
The warm-ups will feature all eight participating nations – India, Australia, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, New Zealand and Bangladesh – along with an India ‘A’ side. These games will allow teams to fine-tune combinations and adapt to conditions ahead of the main tournament.
